A start list for Tour de France 2009 allowing you to ride with the exact same riders in the game as the 'real life' TDF09. Keep in mind, though, that a start list can only be used for Tour Mode, not Career Mode.
It should work with most databases as most of them are based on the same DB.
Installation: Unzip the file to Documents/PCM/Import (and maybe also Documents/PCM/Import/StartLists
Open the game, select Stage Mode, select "Realistic", select Tour de France. You'll then be asked if you want to use the Start List.
