With the 2008 season getting close to its end, the first 2009 databases are getting released. The ones released now will soon be outdated, though, but for now, some people might enjoy them 
This 2009 DB contains transfers up to the 25th of September, including the return of Armstrong, the teams' names have been changed.
Not that many stats have been changed. In fact, it's only Armstrong, A. Schleck, Cunego, Evans, Contador, Sastre, Grabsch and Valverde who have now received new stats.
V3 version includes Vacansoleil and ISD Danielli, more transfers and some other small stuff.
Installation: Extract the file to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/Database/ and choose it in-game in the Options -> Database menu.
