Although that the PCM Fusion DB project was stopped, PCM.daily / PCM-Spain did manage to come up with this "extract" from the pack, a Track DB with lots of equipment, lots of riders, a new track, all photos and jerseys plus a bunch of other things to make the total track feel complete.
Installation: Open the rar-package, and open the Pack PCM Fusion DB Track folder. Copy all the folders, except Database, to your main PCM-folder, e.g. (Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager/). Then, copy the Database-folder to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager/Database. In-game, go to Options -> Database and choose Pista.cdb

Though am going to edit it to make it ladder....
