I think both points are relevant, once threads go up in 2 hours I expect to see everything move along at a stellar pace.

I certainly wouldn't say so. I just think people have been more reasonable this year and deals are simply happening without need to talk for a week, at least in my experience

2 less PT teams is definitely being felt, in terms of the amount of money being thrown around and in terms of level 4 to max loan spots imo.
I agree that I don't think I've seen a couple of managers enter transfers yet and that the extra time before deal threads can get posted might mean some people are waiting on threads going up to feel secure enough to make other moves.

I think at this point unless you're involved in one of the many big name transfers that will appear at 8 tonight, it has probably been pretty quiet. For me I've had very little in terms of outgoings which has limited what I can do, and most of the riders I'd want to sign have gone far too expensive so it has been super quiet |

Haven't we been waiting 48h to post deals forever? Or for a while at least.

Oh yeah! I forgot we are down 2 PT teams. That would explain some of the loss, as there's definitely more riders available this year with a less competition.
