I am not necessarily a fan, but Primoz was monstrous this year.
Wout is really close in my opinion, with a crazy season. Whoever of these two takes it, it is well deserved.

What sealed it as Van Aert for me wasn't even his classics victories, it was that he somehow was able to simultaneously be one of the best sprinters and best climbers in the TDF.
