Just read on danish cycling site feltet.dk that Petacchi has been suspended from Team Milram following his abnormal results in test taken during this years Giro.

that's a bit weird...just yesterday they announced they had full faith in him and had no doubt he was innoncent Frown

Feltet.dk says it is news from Gazzeta dello Sport. Didn't see anything on Milram's site, so the news could be doubtfull. Sure we'll hear more in the coming days

now cyclingnews.com has reported it

apparently he's been suspended not because the team wants to, but because of the code of ethics that the teams all signed (the one that Discovery was slammed for breaching with Basso's signing)

i have never liked Petacchi, but it is still horrible to see yet another rider get done for doping
