[Transfer] Artem Ovechkin

Artem Ovechkin is a 76-TT rider that can perfectly defend himself over hills, thanks to his 70 in that department.

Impossible to find someone with that skillset for only 50k wage in free agency at this point of the transfers. So whether you're a CT team that would like to focus on TTs, a PCT or PT team looking to add one more piece to their 8-men lineup for stage races or whatnot, he's gonna be all yours for dirt cheap.

Highlights:

- Would fit in any 8-men TTT lineup of the MG - just not in mine anymore
- No weak points and goes well over the hills, as well as enjoying attacks
- Minimum wage and will go for the minimum too!
