[Transfer] Rafael "79 ACC" Silva

Rafael Silva is a rider type that doesn't really grow on trees nowadays, so don't expect to find someone as good as him in free agency going for close to 65k wage, especially now that we're nearing the end.

Excellent explosive puncheur/sprinter, his 79 ACC might just be his sexiest trait: it allows him to have a headstart on most other riders before the finish line. He was an excellent domestique for me last year and I bet he'd kill it in CT, or as a lieutenant in PCT again. 2 seasons ago he rode for Hugo Boss in PT and was pretty good too.

Highlights:

- A 75 HI puncheur with 79 ACC and 74 SPR
- Still 29 so 2 off-seasons he can still be trained and 4 more seasons at his peak
- Extremely low wage (€ 65.000) for a rider of his caliber!
