Looking for loanees - Generali insured riders
matt17br
Generali - EDF is offering to sell some of its most valuable workhorses and a leader for a fair offer. All riders listed below, except Teunissen who is on 220k, have a wage of just 50k!

Riders actively on sale:

Cyrile Thièry - 28 years old - 60.000 wage - 74,02 AVG - 4.100 XP

FLMOHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFTDHPR

Offers accepted, see last post:

Mike Teunissen - 81 COB, 77 STA, 76 FL, 26 years old

Mike Teunissen needs absolutely no introduction, his 81 COB stat says it all: he's one of the finest cobblers not only in PCT, but in the whole game. And with just a wage of 220k, I can imagine a lot of PT and PCT teams being able to fit his name inside their squad. He's still very young so he's got a bright future ahead. If I cared more about cobbles I'd create a superteam with him as leader, but unfortunately there's only so many areas my team can focus on, so I think he's better off to another team where his role can be more prominent. This doesn't mean I'm desperate to give him away, but the price is gonna be fair. I'm looking for north of 1.75m but I can negotiate. Straight cash is preferred but I can look into swap deals with money on top.

Fabien Taillefour - 78 COB, 77 FL, 30 years old

Taillefour is probably one of Generali's legends. This guy absolutely annihilated the opposition in the Herning GP a couple of years ago, and there's absolutely no discussion that he's one of the PCT's, let alone the CT's, best domestiques/cobbled leaders currently on the market. Great help for Teunissen and Theuns last year for me, he'll make any manager that gets him an happier man as he contributes to the team's cobbled success. This also means that a more substantial (but not huge) price tag is attached to his name. PM me offers for him, but not everything will be accepted. Offers therefore start from 350k.

Krzysztof Marchewka - 77 TT, 77 PRL, 75 RES, only 25 years old!

Marchewka has recently been maxed out and is therefore still very very young, was an instrumental man in Porto's PT relegation survival last year thanks to his help in the tough TTs and TTTs the team has faced. With 77 TT and 75 RES, the guy can not only shine in CT, but he's able to punch above his weight in other divisions too. Offers start from 125k.

Dion Beukeboom - 76 TT, 76 PRL, 77 Fighter, great backups, 29 y/o

Dion Beukeboom is one of the crucial pieces of Generali's decorated time trials train, the best one in PCT for the past two years. With us he's won the last two editions of Monterrey TTT as well as several other team time trials. With his 76 TT he's bound to be one of the finest sprinters in CT but also ready to be an important piece of any TTT train. He's also a great attacker that will not be quiet during flat races and will get into breaks to try his luck. Offers start from 125k.

Davide Martinelli - 76 SPR, 76 ACC, 76 REC, 4.0 XP, only 25 y/o

I'm looking to loan Martinelli to a PT team that will max him. I don't think I need to tell you why he's good, 76 SP/ACC will make him a great early leadout, and he can probably survive most of grand tours and longer stage races with 76 REC and other decent enough backups, so you can definitely do much worse than take him on loan and split his wages with me or even take all his wage with a small compensation (I'm open to different configurations regarding this part, but I won't take more than half his wage).

It looks like Davide Martinelli will find a new PT home for the upcoming season!

Meanwhile, no real offer has yet been advanced for any of our 3 powerhouses.

Krzysztof Marchewka will have to go for at least 125k.
Dion Beukeboom will have to go for at least 125k.
Fabien Taillefour will have to go for at least 350k.

I've decided I'm also going to be listening to offers for our cobbled leader, one of the best cobblers in the game: Mike Teunissen.

Mike Teunissen - 81 COB, 77 STA, 76 FL, 26 years old

Mike Teunissen needs absolutely no introduction, his 81 COB stat says it all: he's one of the finest cobblers not only in PCT, but in the whole game. Update time!

I've accepted a leading bid for Mike Teunissen that includes a package of 800k + a rider that I value a lot. It will be quite a bit hard to beat this offer, I'll only consider accepting bids higher than 1.75m because this deal is part of a bigger scheme and I don't want to let it blow up.

Krzysztof Marchewka and Dion Beukeboom will be sold together for what appears to be currently 400k.

Fabien Taillefour has only received tentative interest so far for around 250k, but that's too low for me to accept as it stands. I'm looking for c.a 350k. Don't let a 78 COB rider escape you in a market where comparable riders are going for 100k and up in wage, while Taillefour is still on the minimum!

Update:

Threads have been opened for all riders discussed above except for Taillefour. Only 50k increases and only if it's for both riders (so 100k total) will be accepted in the Marchewka-Baukeboom deal.

Regarding Fabien Taillefour, as I said above: don't let him escape you! 350k for a rider of his calibre is impossible to find as it is. I got an offer yesterday for 350k but it unfortunately had to fall through, so you can see this as a second opportunity to snatch him off my hands Pfft

Key facts about the French powerhouse: he has a stat of 78 COB, 77 FL and solid enough backups to help your PCT/PT leader or even lead in CT - which, btw, he can do if you look at his GP Herning win back from when I was in CT Grin - and a minimum wage of 50k! Still 3 seasons at the height of his powers, so surely a medium term signing as well.

We could be interested but need to sell first.

And a deal for Taillefour has been struck as well. Only accepting 50k increases from now on, not interested in swap deals unless they're extremely advantageous for us.

Just as a PSA: I've posted a thread for Roy Goldstein, but considering the focus of the team that is getting him (partly Israelian sponsors), and considering how this is part of a bigger scheme of transfers for both teams, I will only consider bigger increases than normal to his 725k price tag for him.

I'm just gathering interest for Cyrile Thièry, a great domestique and powerhouse that has actually been one of the team's better scorers last year. His wage is just 60k, great value for sure considering what he brings to the table, which are these fine stats:

Cyrile Thièry - 28 years old - 60.000 wage - 74,02 AVG - 4.100 XP

FLMOHITTSTRSRCCBSPACFTDHPR
72707466737370607273777465

By no means do I need to sell him, just trying to see if I can find some extra money for some training luxuries on top of what I'm already doing. So let me know what you can come up with. Note that I might also be interested in rider swaps with cash on top as long as their wage is not higher than 60k (Thiéry's wage). Indicatively, riders below 72 AVG shouldn't be of my interest.

Still very much interested in potential cash/swap+cash deals for Cyrile Thièry, details above. Not a bargain sale, but haven't received any interest at all either so I just wanted to bump this.

Signed an useful European level 2/3 talent you want to level up but you're afraid you won't be able to do so, while still being able to pay their wage?

PM me, I've got a lot of loan cap left and no other talents to level up, so it's not going to be hard for me to develop your talents for a season.

BTW: I'm not uninterested in level 1 talents either. I could take in someone and have him go 1->3. Just a preference for level 2 or 3 riders since they're generally more useful.

Also, I'm still open for offers for Cyrile Thièry. Details 2 posts above.
