To be honest, I mostly can't stand PCM videos. But you have a great voice for commenting and a clean flaw in your talks, it's nice to listen to you. Cool stuff hillis, keep it up!

A couple of things, flat stat doesn't matter for timetrials, and when you talk about talents, remember that some of them can be loaned from other teams (i don't really know about the teams you have already talked, but a good advice for when you reach my team )
I'm liking the video's so far, when you get to the talents in my squad, can you also remember to look at my armada of loaned out riders?
I've got 6 guys out on loan elsewhere for this season, whilst they won't score anything for me this year that is a lot of riders to be coming back maxed over the next 2 seasons so seeing as you are talking a little about teams future strength they should add a lot more depth to ours than just what you see in my squad this season.
