According to the Vogelzang report about Rasmussen/Rabo, there are actually 350 riders with one or multiple warnings about filling in the wrong wereabouts and missing doping tests.

Well, that can happen once, you really have to be at some place in a urge for whatever reason, and forgot/didn't have time to warn the UCI. I'm more curious in how many (and which) riders have two warnings, but I guess that's secret informations...
