Does anybody knows where can i watch videos of this vuelta because i am trying to get or watch every Grand Tour that i didnt wathced or wathced but not all from 1998 to 2002
And from other years will be nice too (old ones)

i would never suggest downloading files illegally but perhaps the torrents contained in this file might be useful... in a non downloady way

if it was broadcasted on public TV, it's perfectly legal to share it. this of course only applies to games/races which are considered "public interest".
this does NOT apply to movies, shows, etc. it must be a public event.
what do you think I use torrents for? downloading football games

there are different rules for what constitutes a "public interest event". a public event shown on public TV is the same, no matter the country
