this is a wild stab in the dark, since the guy is a relative unkown, but does anyone know for what team(s) he rode before going to Chile?

Regarding Sartasov, I found that he came to Chile in 2000, im not sure if he cycled anywhere else before then.

the only thing I've found is that he's basically renounced on his russian persona and turned chilean. no mention whatsoever of previous teams...

I was joking. I've been trying to find something more on him. some information. quite simply I'm curious about his career.
and now I've finally found something....I found he was busted for EPO use a short time ago
