Well that seems pretty normal to me. Torrent files can only be opened with a torrent client, like utorrent, vuze or qbittorrent. You have to download one - would suggest the first one - to download a torrent file

That's related to seeders, you'll have to deal with that. Torrents work in a different way compared to files hosted in websites or similar. In fact they are not stored in a server but they are downloaded from people - the seeders - who did it before you. If there is a lack of people the download will be very, very slow.
I have on question for you. I have PCM 2012 on steam, I have installed this DB and there are some missing equipment in pro continental teams. World tour teams are OK, but some proconti teams haven´t helmets, wheels,...etc.
Do I something wrong or it is a problem with this DB? I have installed a lot of PCM DB without problems.
And I have one more problem to run the game smoothly with this DB. I normally play PCM 2014 on maximum details with PCM Expansion pack without problem, but in this mod, there are some problems with lags during some races - for example GRAND PRIX CYCLISTE LA MARSEILLAISE. Do you have an idea where could be the problem?
