Just an idea, we could have a season long prediction table.
Each race you get 3 predictions 1st, 2nd, 3rd. In the tours however the 4 predictions are Overall Winner, Sprint Winner, King of the Mountains and Young Rider.
We'll do this for Pro Tour races only, so we'll start with the Tour of Flanders.
If you want to join in, leave a reply and 1 week before the tour of flanders i'l tell you how to give your predictions.

10 points if any 3 predictions are correct
5 for getting 1st place correct (overall for grand tours)
3 for getting 2nd Place correct (Points classificatin for tours)
2 for getting 3rd place correct (KOM for tours)
2 BONUS for Young Riders classification (tours only).
Predicitons deadlines for April:
Tour of Flanders 4th April
Vuelta ciclista al pais vasco 4th April
Gent - Wevelgem 9th April
Paris - Roubaix 12th April
Amstel Gold Race 19th April
La Fleche Wallonie 20th April
Liege - Bastogne - Liege 25th April
You can send your predicitions for ANY of Aprils races to me now. Just PM me your predictions.
Vuelta al PaÃs Vasco is our first tour so that means that you submit the GC (on final stage) winner. KOM winner, Points Classification, Young Riders.
Also if you want predict the Team Classification. It won't get you any points but harmless fun.
Also, i may throw in a small prize for the overall winner at the end of the season. I'll tell you what that is nearer the time, if we are competing. *This isn't confirmed*

So do we have to say something like:
1st Boonen
2nd Cancellara
3rd Petacchi
Or can we just say Boonen, Cancellara, Petacchi and get points if any of them finish in the top 3. |

yes, do the 1st 2nd 3rd.
You may get bonus points if any 1 of your predictions gets in the top 3.
So say
1st - bettini
2nd - Millar
3rd - Hincapie
(never will happen but lets imagine)
and you predicted
1st Hincapie
2nd Boonen
3rd Cancellara
You will get 1 point as a prediction get in the top 3, but not in the place you said.
I'll make a PDF file of rules and scoring this week. So we can clear it up before the 1st race. |

I liked that idea! I am in - but I'm not good in predicting.
Only some WC-races. That's weird, but I always predict the top 2 in those races. |
