so, Plouay is today. it's a ProTour event, for the less knowledgeable ones. Women today, men tomorrow
here's the altimetry straight from cyclingnews (since the official site says it will post the course map "as soon as the race finishes" )
that's the circuit which is little over 19 kms. 11 laps are to be taken, and pretty much anything can happen.
solo win, puncheurs winning, climbers battle, sprint finish. it's wacky.
I won't venture any favorites because predicting the winner here is like predicting the winner of a random stage in some february race: dumb luck
if anyone wants to take a shot, I'd be interested to hear. and if you happen to get it right, please consider playing the lottery this week...
as for transmitting the race, that's up to good old (or new) cycling.tv

i'm afraid to say i'm backing Di Luca to win
but that downhill last section would definatley aid the person/people that go over the hill first
so as you say anything can happen
