a special season mode and i need help

a player hosted a season mode on gamecenter
when all enter in room(in game)every player on each turn(9 turns because it was giro) picked a rider(after 60 sec cpu pick in your place)
i ask this guy and he write something and i don't understand
i saw this for first time and i didn't make screenshots
the teams were imaginary and no riders
so i ask if somebody know about this
and if he know to make an tutorial

bufu 22 is the player and he said in season mode is teams,points,race and inglin...(in danish)and choose uvcl....(in danish too)
it's awesome to pick your 9 riders for a big tour

now i understand
this special selection it's on season mode
at season mode you have teams,points,race and options
at options you select draft

It's a very undervalued feature of the game, in my opinion. It's got the potential to be very fun in an online game with some friends Smile
