i want to start a career with a custom team but i don't like the custom jerseys
who can make a fantasy jersey or an old team jersey with a team name and sponsor?
or where i can find the .tga files from the retired teams like csc,discovery,t-mobile........???
i need the .tga files

c00_jambieres
c00_maillot

Have a look in the graphics forum or the Shirt Database (can be found in the left panel) there you will find several fantasy shirts.

i know that jersey,some of them can be downloaded
i'm a noob in editing
but in pcm2010/cm_texture/cycliste/team are a lots of folders with initials names of teams
ast,sax,liq,bmc.....and c00,c01,c02...(the custom jerseys)
and in folder c00 are .tga files,not just 1 .tga file
i repeat i'm noob in editing
but if i replaced just the t-shirt and i give you an example
the first custom jersey have 2 colours,a little black and a lot of pink
and the jersey i replaced is white with blue,but the other .tga files remained unchanged and the socks,shoes are pink it will not be cosmetic
will07 will help me,so i'm verry happy
i will have a jersey with a sponsor and the team name,super super cool
