it's a ProTour event after all. shouldn't it have it's own thread?
it has a whopping 73km of total time trialling, so an all-round racer will win this one.
here are results from stage 1
1 Robert Förster (Ger) Gerolsteiner
2 Danilo Napolitano (Ita) Lampre-Fondital
3 Erik Zabel (Ger) Milram
4 José JoaquÃn Rojas (Spa) Caisse d'Epargne
5 Steffen Radochla (Ger) Wiesenhof-Felt
6 Kenny Van Hummel (Ned) Skil-Shimano
7 José Luis Rubiera (Spa) Discovery Channel
8 Aitor Galdos (Spa) Euskaltel-Euskadi
9 Aurélien Clerc (Swi) Bouygues Telecom
10 Loyd Mondory (Fra) Ag2r Prévoyance |

stage 2 TTT, Team CSC winners, Jens Voigt is now the overall leader.
Discovery second, 25 seconds behind.
flat stages follow before the big mountains, then a 40km ITT and a flat stage.

Woohoo CSC wins the TTT. Voigt, Schleck and Julich are in perfect positions, so this should be a great Tour for them. |

I hate it, just because of doping
instead they showed the canoe world cup, as if they didn't dope

yes, but only very little live, they'll be debating about doping most of the time.
And the commentators suspect anyone who has a good day
