Impey's in a neck brace again Sad, but apparently no broken bones and only needed 6 stitches after falling 6m over some barriers. Hope he gets well soon.

Michel Kreder is riding really well here. Decent prologue, two 5th places and 9th in the GC. Not bad for a neo professional.

Oh dear, must we no rely on Santaromita to prevent him from winning?...

Good ride for Taaramäe..he is agressive..in great shape.
Strange ..he told after Paris_Nice that podium will be he's goal Now he is third.
Summer most important goal will be Dauphine..after that TdF..with no high expectations.
p.s. Taaramäe has been so far stronger then Kreuziger..this is something new. Year ago..he was always man after Kreuziger

Voigt's clearly in shape at the usual time of year (Critérium International)

Ruben, about that signature quote you have.....you do know it was me under the nickname "Waghlon" and him as me, right?

Except the fact he is in Catalunya means he won't be doing C.I.

Yes, I'm well aware that Saxo Bank aren't riding. Remember the Voigt quote a few weeks back? Smile

This could be the reason...

www.letour.fr/PHOTOS/CRI/2010/100/PROFIL.gif

Contador, Armstrong, Evans, Sanchez, Cobo and Vinokourov will be riding.

issoisso
The reason is that the team has very large financial problems and so going to race in Corsica is to be avoided if possible.

The main problem is that Saxo Bank hasn't enough riders to ride Vuelta a Catalunya, Gent - Wevelgem and Criterium International in one time Wink

Riis said, that the team this year isn`t as big as the years before, so it`s not possible to ride both races. Jens Voigt thinks, that it is a pity but on the other hand he liked the cold, wet weather of the Criterium International the last years with medium slopes and he wanted to ride this year again but he was realistic enough that the race totally changed and it won`t be cold and wet and the slopes are much too long to finish in front with all these mountain specialists.

Actually, that isn't a problem at all. They've never had enough riders to send 8 to every race.

However they do have less riders this year, yes......because they have no money.

Yes, obviously

Him riding Catalunya just confirmed his earlier statement Wink
