I just searched for a list of biggest cities in France with a D, and picked the first I saw.
Most likely the Tour at least started there once.

Question #4 was not that difficult - found an answer in matter of 2 minutes, but I guess it will be full of heavy guesses anyways. Also #5 has a potential to be completely random considering how many Americans participate. |
