I'm not saying they won't sign. I'm saying the dutch media reported it. and I think they WILL sign. especially after what Zabriskie said.

Bout subject..all this signing thing :what they want to achieve...to play with riders conscience? Dopers don't have this anyway, they sign and gonna smile same time in the camera.
I agree Guido but what they also achieve is the promise that the rider will give up a DNA sample. With these samples, they can clear through all of that Puerto blood quickly and match all the bags with the riders in question. Then we can finally get this Puerto mess behind us.
well spotted cmfos. didn't know they agreed to submit DNA.
anyway, Guido I don't know any place where you can see a list of who's signed.
what I do know is that on the day of the prologue they're going to publish the list on the Tour's official site.

For real? Didn't know this. Only that the riders would pay a fine of one year's salary, if they were caught.
But if they give DNA samples, the Puerto could blow wide open again. Hurtfull for the sport, but great news regarding the future of cycling

That all shows how slow UCI and ASO works. It is already one year in that scandal..and now they playing again with "candy" like TdF. But seems to me that scandals are part of TdF show...doping...rider strykes.. etc. etc.

"I swear to my team, my colleagues, the UCI, the cycling world and the public that I have not cheated, have not been involved in the Fuentes case or in any other doping case," read the statement that must be signed. "I declare myself ready to give a DNA sample to the Spanish judicial system so that it can be compared to the blood bags taken in the OperaciĆ³n Puerto."
So each rider that signs agrees to give a DNA sample if asked about Puerto. It is a little short though of what they need to do which is just to bank everyone's DNA from the start and put this doping nonsense to an end. But it should expedite the Puerto investigation.
