i dont know the formula but the placements not count too much for coins, i sometimes play with a friend and even if one of us beat the other (in both things individual and team) we get the same amount of coins anyway |

you must spend hours in game,they force you with new formula to spend more time in making 5k.probably 18 hours of racing in real time,it will make you to earn 5k

Seems pretty silly to me if that's the case. I might as well just join games and walk away leaving it running. Sure I will go down in ranking but I'll get heaps of points.
Surely having more points based on position, particularly with lower ranked riders would make it more interesting and encourage teams of different riders.
Guess less people would pay for coins then tho... |

Does anybody know if it has any effect to assign different levels of stars to the riders?

i loaded the new db and there are important changes
mountain: down contador to 82,evans 81, nibali 81
up froome 81 mo, wiggins 80, vdb 80
sagan down to 74 hill for win 2 hilly stages
voeckler down to 73 mountain for win 2 mountain stages
looks very strange
edit: those new stats are not applied in armada mode

new patch
makes you to keep all riders because you get free coins for complete an amount of riders from one real team
at 33% of any team,you get 400 coins and are another 2 levels you can complete and get coins
i didn't pay attention but 2nd level it's 50% or 67%(get 600 coins) and 3rd of course 100%(get 1000 coins)
some riders disappered at me,my flecha is gone and some silvers(they had 0 contract)
but some expired riders remained(so i'm in a conflict)
you can't renew contracts
now for huge sums you can buy team packs
and it's a leaderboard for completed amount of riders
maximum it's 900 and something cyclists
i have 191 cyclists which is 19%
2 persons have 52 and 51 %,over 450 cyclists
each part of equipment have 4 repairs and then you loose that piece of equipment
but the good part it's that equipment it's for 25 races ladder(25 times in ranking races),so posibility to use that piece of equipment it's 100 times or 96 times.depends if you must repair obligatory when has 1,not 0
update: so now the 0 contract riders(which were for few hours unselectable for races) are playable
after this,i strongly believe that will be no contracts anymore,you'll keep them for life
probably was a bug because my flecha is gone forever,was important for me because were the best on cobble and on flat for my train

i dont like this thing of collection, its only useful if you have opened a very high amount of packs
i opened 10 gold packs and not a single 33%
best thing would be a market, people would be able to build a decent team with a low amount of coins. pack opening is frustating sometimes, 5000 for not improving the team its annoying, in fifa if you get shit everybody will say... your fault for open packs but here is no another option

it won't be no market if riders don't have contracts,no renew contract option
so the goal of this colectibles it's to make 100%
i have from rabobank and other 3 teams 33% of their riders

yes i know, this thing of collect clearly shows that there will be no market, but market would be a lot better than this |

Just bought lastest PCM like every year and what the...? There is no way how to play TDF or any other stage race with friend? And what is that Armanda? It looks shitty, just like Ultimate Team in FIFA...

Just played a stage that started lagging the last 1,5 km, meaning that I wasn't able to control my riders. With that in mind, I was pretty happy with Gadret finishing second as shown on the screenshot from the replay:
However, when the results page was shown, it said that Gadret from my team finished 7th. What a stupid bug, Cyanide... 
It also said that Valverde and Mollema finished 9th and 10th. I can't see how they would end there...

I guess that the stage is a bit bugged and the real finish line is a bit behind the painted line.
This happens sometimes if you move some waypoints after placing the finish in the stage editor.
Seeing that the first is still sprinting I think this stage has this problem. Then the results might be how they finished some hundred meters behind the painted line. |

Exactly how does the team cards packs work? Are all the riders from the team you buy or just some of them?
E.g. if I buy a Liquigas pack, will I then be getting either Sagan or Basso as my gold card? |

I had another strange experience in Armada Mode yesterday. My riders's heart rate would go to 190 when wheeling down and be like 130 on 10 % climbs. I guess my game had the wrong profile. My game also stopped 150 km from the others finish. Suddenly, there was a finish line in my game, but not in the other players games. 
Despite not being able to control Boonen, he went on to get a 2nd place in the RVV just by dotting (I couldn't see him, as my camera stopped at the finish line).
