Bettini and Bramati?
I can't say this is good news. but I also can't say I didn't see it coming eventually.
oh well, I'll wait and see where this leads...
EDIT: look at the old Mapei team that was so suspicious, and most of them have either been caught or are suspected right now.
pretty much only the ones who were extremely young in the Mapei days have a decent reputation (Cancellara, Rogers, etc.)

That's what frightens me .. that the young guys back then also were involved in that, meaning that it's only a matter of time before Canc is caught |

Davide Bramati, current Team Manager of Quickstep. Stopped his career after the Giro last year (2006). Before that he rode for Quickstep from 1997-2006, meaning that he rode together with Sinkewitz when he was at the team too.
Bettini is of course not very happy with this, and he has demanded Sinkewitz to withdraw his accusations. That's not what being done, though. The lawyer has now said that Sinkewitz never _officially_ has commented on any other riders. He only mentioned them in an unofficial meeting.
Well, that doesn't change the fact. Bettini was Sinkewitz' doping-provider

It's even more funny (or pathetic actually), after chatting with Bettini's lawyer, Sinkewitz's one decided that Sinkewitz has never told anything about Bettini.
We can now be sure it's case.
Poor Rasmussen maybe didn't get fired for nothing after all. I hope what's next will help him not to be too frustrated any more.
According to l'Equipe today, marks of dyn-EPO (new EPO on the market for a couple of months) have been found in his samples from the Tour de France. Though, as it's a new kind of EPO, and WADA's rules are not up to date, the detection method is not validated yet (only the first method for regular (old) EPO, found in 2000, is validated at the moment).

I hope it's true what you're saying. Would be great if there was actually found something which you could dislike him for

If it's true I don't know, but it's true that it's in L'Equipe from today.
I'm not sure who are the other Ferrari patients at the moment. There were Rasmussen, Klöden, Kashechkin, Vinokourov, for sure. The total of men in black targetted by UCI was 6 or 7 men "who could perform well in TDF".
Here's a list of his patients (past and present), but it's far from being complete :

putting it in a simpler way:
which riders have Rominger as an agent (big list) but haven't yet been caught? (small list)

Earlier today I sent an e-mail to one of Denmark's largest news papers about this, and they have now published the story |

I just thought it was really something that they are publishing something you told them about.

Seems like I have misinformed you. I _tipped_ the newspaper about the Rasmussen-case, and they have now written their own report about it. I didn't write anything, other than a short e-mail notifying them about the Le Equipe-article. |

I gathered that you didn't write it, but still impressed that they are publishing something you told them about. If i wrote my paper and email i doubt they would even read it lead alone write an article about it.
