I found this posted there from some news site:
basically:
Jaksche says he's surprised at Contador's Tour and says there's a ploy to hide his implication in the Puerto investigation.
"When I met him his results weren't very promising and now I see his Tour..."
he's surprised by the climbing speed of Contador and Rasmussen to Plateau de Beille and says that in the documents it's shown in detail that the u-23 team (he rode with Contador at Liberty Seguros) also doped with hormones and testosterone.
"I've never directly seen Contador dope and if he does or not, that's for him to know, but there would be no other reason to meet Fuentes"
blah blah blah, conpiracy theory about the spanish being protected again (I'm not saying it's not happening, I think it is)
and he finishes saying that "ironically" 13 of the top 23 in the tour are spanish. |

how is that 'ironic', the Spanish are natural climbers anyway and everyone has put in good TT's this year even-non Spanish people, so it's natural for the Spanish lads to be that high,
obviously there are doubts over a few, but the fact is they are born climbers, and there have been some pretty big mountains in this years tour which they have created gaps on as other nationalities, e.g British, Austalian, etc. aren't all natural climbers.
i do feel that the Spanish have been given preferential treatment during the whole Puerto investigation, but they are natural born climbers so results like that aren't exactly surprising, in my opinion

I remember there was a thread about this. This was to the absolute surprise of NO ONE. haha. Here was my post in that thread:
Iban Mayo started to stink when doping tests got better. Plain and simple.
Yeah. No one in this forum or in cycling community was even remotely stunned. |

he was being sarcastic, referring to the fact that in spain there's "someone" behind the scenes protecting the spanish riders from the investigation.
he ended saying about the 13-out-of-23 thing that "north of the pyrenees, are we missing the right gene? of course not. different countries, different doping systems" |

no they're not. they just have mountains to train in their country and a pretty big mass of potential cyclists as cycling has a big basis for recruitment.
no group of people can be defined as "naturally this" or "naturally that" except those who live in altitude. like Soler. those have a higher red blood cell count. |

Bets on this not being the last rider to turn out doped at this year's Tour?
He was positive on the rest day, I'm actually pleased he had to ride the rest of the stages for absolutely nothing - suffer some pain for your doping!!!

Slipstream have signed a former Paris-Roubaix winner!!!
No news on who though yet
After team director Jonathan Vaughters confirmed yesterday the signing of Saunier Duval's David Millar and two Team CSC stars Christian Vande Velde and Dave Zabriskie, he revealed today that the team has also signed a former winner of Paris-Roubaix.
Vaughters would not be drawn to comment on who the latest signing is, but the list of non-retired recent winners is short, namely: Stuart O'Grady (2007), Fabian Cancellara (2006), Tom Boonen (2005), Magnus Backstedt (2004), and Peter Van Petegem (2003).
