good good wonder who will get it, hope cavendish!

Addy291
if it comes to a sprint then Cav will definatley be favourite, with his main competitors being 'The Downings' and Hammond (the finish is on cobblesWink)

issoisso
cavendish has said that since the profile doesn't suit him, he'll race for hammond. he also noted this might change depending on the race's evolution, but that riding for himself is unlikely.

isnt it Michael Rich thats retired? No actually dont think so. Strange....

Michael Rich has retired definatley

Rich retired last season, and had his "goodbye race" (a sort of memorial) a short time ago.

Lang that I know of has injured his hand. heard him say so himself a few days ago when he was a guest commentator for the Tour de Suisse.

I agree. he's a pretty good time triallist. I'm very surprised his winning margin wasn't a lot bigger.

very very slightly HUUUUUUGE surprise in the italian TTs.

some guy by the name of Luca Ascani who rides for Aurum Hotels beat Pinotti, Bruseghin (by almost two minutes!!), Nibali, etc etc etc to take the "tricolore"

well done Luca. this could be the start of a transfer to a ProTour team....or maybe not.
