I like Cavendish he is exatly McEwen type of sprinter...and you also named bigest negative thing... arrogance.
This is realy bad..cant stand arrogance riders. Ricco has destroyed he's reputation after Giro. |

for once since 5 years or so a belgian rider is doing great in a GC
we had devolder as 3rd in tour of switzerland and now nuyens leading the eneco tour and we have a chance of winning it with hoste and maybe vandenbrouck and maybe nuyens.YIPPIE.
and in the vuelta maybe the devolder can shine |

he tried to excuse attacking and leaving Simoni alone by saying Simoni had told him to go for the break.
when Simoni heard he'd said that, he didn't say anything, he just shook his head, looked mightily pissed and walked off to have a talk with Riccò.
that and what Ruben said.

well, I can't remember any particular quotes, but most of them were him saying he was equal or even better than others. usually some of the biggest names around.

Look like over the first Giro week..he has hard to accept..that Simoni is Saunier captain..not him. It's always something happens with he's radio...when he needed to go with breakaway he didn't cought that info...
Some mixed up info after stage...Ricco:" They told me..go Ricco go." ...Simoni:"What?!" |

1. McEwen (clearly off form. he's usually much faster than this. but he had a train working very well for him)
2. Chicchi
3. Hushovd
4. Cavendish
5. Van Hummel
6. Pagliarini
7. De Jongh
8. Kopp
9. Weylandt

yeah, but the fastest guy was Chicchi. especially the way he accelerated even more near the end despite doing a very long sprint in the wind was impressive
many people don't remember, but Chicchi was once considered a huge prospect.
he never quite delivered, but he's now 26, and since Sprinters are usually late bloomers, he could still be a top sprinter one day.

Good win for McEwen, Cavendish got in the wrong place before the last km, Hammond had to drop back to pick him up. If Cav would have been on Hammonds wheel theres a very high chance he would of had his second win. |

You spelled "Britian" in your profile location. That is... unforgivable. |

if the judges are serious people, Weylandt will be disqualified again.
he won, but he swerved in front of Goss. Goss was the fastest in terms of outright speed, so would've probably won...
