So the Tour de France organizers won't allow riders who haven't signed the charter to race:

does anyone know if the list of riders who have (or have not) signed the charter is posted anyplace online? I'd like to see who is holding out.

according to the newspaper, the milram riders went to sign, but Petacchi refused to join them. no reason was given.

I can't find a list, but I know that none of the riders on Team-CSC have signed it yet

nor have most teams. it's normal. very few have signed until now. it's a case of waiting.
it's not that easy, since they have to sign in front of the UCI comission in Geneva. so they have to go there in person.

waw.. looks great.. most of the riders on T-mobile has signed it. Now csc must sign it as well, to keep the high doping control up. Its csc, T-Mobile and Rabobank who fights the most against doping right? Just something I believed I've read somewhere

Nice job Fjogh. It's interesting that only two and a half teams have signed it thus far, apart from a few individual riders. I wonder if this move will set up a confrontation between the teams and the UCI? One scenario I can see is that the teams refuse to sign and the Tour de France does not go forward (or maybe it'll just be Credit Agricole against T-Mobile!). Wouldn't that suck?
also interesting that Allan Davis signed, given that he's already been implicated in Puerto. Pretty gutsy (or stoopid).

there are more that have signed. Agritubel, for example.
other teams (like Bouyges) have had only the nine riders that will ride the Tour sign.
but it's still early.
one thing that is being reported very little is that the signatures must be made at the UCI facilities in Geneva in the presence of witnesses, so the riders must find the time to go there and back.

in mid-july last year the UCI received a registered letter from the spanish courts confirming that Davis and Paulinho from Liberty-Wurth (along with a few riders from other teams that I can't remember) were NEVER implicated, and that only the media made that up.
that's the real irony of the situation. that last year Vinokourov could have participated if those two hadn't been impeded from participating....and now there are alegations that Vino's team is doping.

I think they soon will.
But maybe spend they all theirs time on ASO. They are trying to get permission to drive the tour de france as team canyon (theirs bike sponsor), and not as unibet. |

Not surprised by that. Most teams that are serious about TDF will be the first to sign. Others like Unibet will sign later if they 'can' enter the TDF with the name Team Canyon.
