Races with * is a new race category. Races in this category can decide the participants all by themselves.

UCI also mentioned that they will give three new teams a Pro Tour license. A Russian (Tinkoff), a British (Barloworld) and an Australian team will be Pro Tour teams next year.

That's the Eindhoven TTT. Holdtidskørsel is Danish for TTT. Holland is Danish for The Netherlands.

yes, I know Chipotle is their co-sponsor, but I'm pretty sure it'll turn into the no.1 sponsor next season. and Chipotle is American.
