I think it could be funny to see which riders you have selected for your own team. And be inspired by other managers.
My setup before I have chosen my riders are
Orientation = 90% and 2 scout information.
Evolution of Attribute = 0,8
Databse = PCM daily
My team will be based on a belgium/scandinavian riders.
Captains
Jurgen Van den Broeck (BEL) - Climber / stage races

I have a serious problem ( I think ) My best stage rider is myself. I replaced a Radioshack rider with myself, I have AVG 76 and talent 7 of 8, (hey I just rose to 77, woohoo). Yes, I really am that good IRL  (cough, cough)
But I see no way to keep my riders under 50 racedays this season even though I lately have only registered the minimum 6 riders pr race and only 1-2 of my 70+ riders each race. But I've seen Radioshack start with just 3 riders in races that require ME to register a minimum of 6 (WTF???)
I'm just in march and some of my riders have close to 20 racedays and TdF + Giro is 21 each. I have serious problems, I've been using my best riders in the 1st 3 months to gain points to make sure I can ride TdF. Think I have to start over.
I have removed mine and a friends name coz I'm the only one in the world with that name and don't want to post my friends name without asking him first.
I don't consider this cheating as I still have to budget everything as custom team, and we're no Schleck or contador, at least not yet. Can we ever be with 7 out of 8 in talent? Hope not.
I have not edited anything else in the DB except giving Lance Armstrong 80 in moutains.

That looks good Butter, but which rider are you from Radioshack..? Can see that you have a big jump from the 7 best ridera to the next ones. Im a little surprised that you got the money for all these riders... |

Well my first update for my team "IKEA JUST-EAT"
First of all I would like have some advices for the level. The first races was in the start og february in Italy. I was playing at level "easy". And maybe it was to easy, because I end up in a group with Lasse Bøchmann and 5-6km away from the line my rider attack and get a space to the next group at 30 seconds. I have the leader jersey the next two days but lost it on the final stage. In meanwhile I choose to change my level to "normal", After I also won a race with Chris Anker Sørensen in France.
I think there is a high gap between the two levels or is it just me who has experienced? 
In the other save-games I only can be nr. 3-7 on a stage and in sprint I really fuck up. Its like that my sprint won't catch the train in the last 2km, he falls back an he ends up like nr. 6 or 9 all the time. 
I'm in the middle of february and hopefully I will get i Wild Card to Gent-Wevelgem. But who knows...

Wait, are you saying I have to start over when I patch to 1.0.2.2 ? I can't continue my 1.0.1.8 made game with the new patch.
If thats the case I'm not playing anymore until the final patch is out.

This ist just not true. The patch fixes problems in the game AND the DB. If you do not start a new career you will not benefit from the fixes in the DB but most fixes are for the game anyway.
Also there should be a tool to update your career after you installed the patch.

Im creating my new custom team now that the new PCM DB is released..
but one question though: GIRO, TDF and VUELTA.. do they give wildcards to the best ranked continental teams in the Continental cup, or the best placed continental teams in Pro Tour?
They have this great beer here in England, I really love it. Its called Pint.

It is, if you press "Load" - It should be a "Syncronise with 1.0.2.2" button on the buttom left

But the synchronization only works 100 % properly with standard DBs.

not the Who has the best custom team with the minimum buget??
i start with 1 milion the carreer,it's not a cheat,just a bigger buget
i don't changed the salaries,the stats of riders
radioshack when they maked their team they haved the number 1 bugget and taked expensivve riders,so radioshack cheat???
and the teams from pro tour have minimum 2-3 milions bugget
cervelo,bmc are continental teams and they have 4-5 milions bugget |

With custom team, the OP means the teams that you can create through the game (not an editor).
That team is not created with the in-game team creation tool - and if it is, it's done by changing the maximum budget with ArtMoney or a program like that.
(And personally, I don't care. I just don't quite see the point. I can easily make a team which consists of the 20 best (in average) riders, then claim that I have the best possible team and close the thread).
