Are there any shortcomings with Fast Editor for PCM2012? I might try it out if there's no making yours work, but I've been coping like this for a while no so it's not the end of the world either.

I don't know what exactly causes it. if you really want to know, then you would need to search old threads about my editor and/or season planner. But even if you don't have such a thing, it could be that the software is installed on your computer.

Make to sure to extract the archive correctly which means including the subfolders.

The problem was that he didn´t "create" and/or extracted those 2 subfolders (the Data and GridLayouts) correctly after extracting the archive. The subfolders aren't in the archive either. But by the way after I made the GridLayouts map the problem got solved. Thanks.

The problem is caused by a character which is not valid within the XML specification. I cannot tell you if that character comes from the DB or because you entered a strange team name. The only solution is to use another editor, I guess the fast editor is the only editor because the editor from Cyanide might have the same problem.

I have the original pcm fast editor that comes with pcm 2012 (with the names of the riders/team all wrong etc). There is no fast editor which comes with the game. But according to your explanation in the parentheses you are not even talking about an "editor" because the wrong names are in the "database".

had some issues with it on my new laptop. I have and enjoy PCM 2012. So I was wanting to edit a database to make a new team. Basically when I go into edit it, it crashes. It says

But in your case, it is a Problem with your Computer not my Editor.

Hey Laichi, sorry to bother you at this late date, but still having a blast with PCM 12 in 2024 season.

SO the in game editor does not load for me. It simply does nothing.
The editor that shall not be named was recently disabled by Norton, without even asking me, as it found something it did not like with the app.
I downloaded your editor here and it loads up fine, but as soon as I do anything with the tables (try to sort or scroll down) and error message pops up.
