I want the attributes of a rider not to modify through the career

I am not sure if that is even possible.

The development speed can be set at the start of the career, I never tried to select 0 but maybe that would prevent the riders from developing.

But riders start to lose attributes after a certain age. This cannot be changed in the game but has to be edited. The column is called gene_i_age_decline the table is DYN_cyclist. You would need to set this for each cyclist separately, so if you want to change this, you should rather use another editor, which allows mass updates. For example my excel editor.

There are other columns, where you can define the development speed of the cyclist. But this is beyond my knowledge.

Like I said before, this thread is about technical questions and problems regarding my editor. So you should not wonder if nobody else is looking into this thread. If you need more answers, you should consider asking it in an more appropriate thread or create another one.

I have some problems with save,its last ver. of editor and i just cant save any db,i can do it with Fast editor but Lachis one has some options that Fast doesnt,so it really makes me problem. Can you please upload some other version?

You don't need another version because there is no problem with the actual version.

The saving and loading functions are only needed if you want to pause your editing.
To create a database/save after you finished your editing, you have to use the "Export to cdb."

But you can still use the fast editor if you don't want to learn how to use my editor.

Sorry I misunderstood, I thought you liked the fast editor better. I just wanted to point out that you can continue using the fast editor as it also works for PCM12.

Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

My editor has some known issues which come from a third-party tool I am using. But I am not willing to pay 1000$ for an update of that tool especially since it works for me.

Luckily for you there are other editors around, for example the fast editor or the official editor from Cyanide. The first one can be found in the download section of last year, the other is even older, I guess 2008.

What to do?

Since you didn't give any further information I can only guess.
If it never worked it could be that you didn't extract the archive correctly. Make sure to extract files including the folders.

In case you didn't see it already, this is the problem: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Bjarne\Desktop\fiejf\LachisEditor\Data'. So if nothing helps, try to create that folder.

That problem has been discussed before. You should be able to find further information by using the forum search (search for: infragistics).

It is caused by Infragistics and Microsoft and it is hard to fix, so you might have to look for another editor.

First of all, thanks Lachi for an easy to use and great editor!

I am wondering if it is normal for the tool to freeze for up to 30 seconds at times when trying to change values, scroll etc. It happens frequently but not happen every time. It is better when disabling table lookup and column translation but the problem is still there. As the lookup table is very useful I like to keep it on.

Is there any settings on my computer I can fiddle with to improve this or is it just the way it is?

It is not normal but others have reported it before.

If I remember correctly it is related to a touch interface or similar thing on your computer. And you could install the fix provided by Microsoft, but then you would get the problem as reported by soulikah.

I can only suggest that you use another editor, for example the fast editor should have similar lookup feature.
