I did everything but the db dont appeare in pcm 14 options. Can you say what a need to do to see if I did all right?

The shirts are in the wrong folders. This is obvious when you unzip the file. Just place all the folders at the correct location.

Apart from that, there are some very strange notes for some riders. But good DB as a baseline for improvement

Instead of pcm_installation_folder\3D\Cyclists\Team\Cloth\Team\XXX96

It should be pcm_installation_folder\3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team\XXX96
