To avoid corrupted downloads and speed up the downloads a lot, we recommend using a download manager.

Miya made a beautiful Champs-Élysées for PCM07 which included the well-known tunnel, the Eiffel Tower and other great things. Now, it's been updated by Sciby to make it work with PCM09.

Installation: Extract the file to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM. You may have to delete top_france_grandtour_stage_21.Stage.zsvg from Program Files/Cyanide/PCM/CM_Stages to make it work.

srry but i played the stage and i just keep turning around on the old Champs.

I don't have a .xml file of the stage, is that possible?

Did you try this:
