NOTICE: There is 2 teams. Cannondale-Facebook and Portugal Telecom. The way to get on a team, is to send me a PM, where you enter following:
Rider name:
What you wanna be on the team: (Here I mean captain, free rider and so on)
Team: (You can choose Cannondale-Facebook or Portugal Telecom)
And also you shall write what races you wanna ride. You can only choose races in the Pro Tour, and there is no limit of races, but if you take 3 Grand Tours are there bigger chance that you won't ride one. If you are takin' 1, then the chance is pretty big for that you can ride that race. Of course, the choice is up to you 
I will send you a PM back with your stats.

Yes, it's right... And I think that a lot of people want to be a captain :-)
About the age...I have myself in my database too and with 17 it's no problem, but it doesn't matter, if I'll be 18 in the game
