Im having a problem.
When i export a result, the game crashes.. thats one thing.. but when i then try to open the exported file in excel, it pops up with an error, telling me that theres a problem with the filetype.
Take a working results file, make a copy of it, then open notepad twice. Drag the not-working excel results file into one notepad file (it will open) and drag the copied file into the other
In the not-working results notepad file, scroll down to where it will have: <Row ss:AutoFitHeight="1"> <Cell ss:StyleID="s23"><Data ss:Type="Number">1</Data></Cell> <Cell ss:StyleID="s23"><Data ss:Type="String">Race Winner</Data></Cell> <Cell ss:StyleID="s23"><Data ss:Type="String">Team</Data></Cell> <Cell ss:StyleID="s23"><Data ss:Type="String">5h26'32</Data></Cell>
Select from that ' <Cell ss tyleID="s23"><Data ss:Type="Number">1</Data></Cell>' all the way down to the </Row> after the last finisher
Copy it and paste it into the same place in the copied results file, replacing the stage results that were in there
Save the copied file, and then when you open it in excel it should display the results of the race
Well im not going to do that everytime since im doing a story, thats gonna be a hell off a time consumer.. My game crashes the second i press export, and i guess thats what causes the corrupted export file.. so how do i fix, so the game dosnt crash?
