Colbrelli is SPR 77 in your stats???

Raziz
Chris Froome at 82? Porte at 82 (65 DHI)?

I love that prematurely proposals about rider`s stats Grin Regarding of Tour everybody should wait until the end of the Tour. Its pretty logical or not? It aint over till its over
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

AiZaK
I am going to wait in mountain stats, but in Sprints I think we can speak about it

Thatguyeveryonehates

He should actually be 77 or even 78 hill in my opinion, he have always competed with the best punchers, like when he came 3rd in world championship, behind... gilbert and valverde i think

And where he got 3rd in the World Champs, Degenkolb got 4th...
so it apparently wasn't too hard. I think 76 HI and 78/77 SPR/ACC should be alright.

Let's get back to what matters here.

Fuglsang 85 MO 85 REC.

Kthxbai.

(He needs a buff! Form of his life, looking good and then we might never know because of a crash. With his age, it's not like giving him 80 over 79 MON will make a HUGE difference as he'll decline soon enough, just like Froome always does. I'll agree that he has lost his acceleration/punch, but guy can ride on mountains and keep up most of the time in the GTs. He lose in TT, not mountains.)

Guillaume Martin's stats seems a bit low compared to his TdF performance so far (20th atm, finished 3rd on La Planche Des Belles Filles). I think he deserves more than 66 in Fighting Spirit, he attacked in La Planche des belles filles and the peloton only came back on him on the finish line, so atleast 68-69 (we have yet to see more attacks from him and he's young too). Maybe some better supporting stats could be done too (69/70 instead of 68 in END ?). Ofc we will have to wait to see how he performs in the last week for some of the stats (TT ? REC ?).

Quite sure it was Station des Rousses, not La Planche des Belles Filles.

Some suggestions :

Clément Venturini (Cofidis) deserves a buff for his Tour of Austria : he was better than Gibbons or Minali, and won a difficult stage. He also performed in Cassel ( http://www.procyc...e_5_Cassel ) or Hambers ( http://www.procyc...17_Stage_2 ). 71/72 HIL and 74 SP should be great in my opinion.

Jason Lowndes (Cycling Academy) should receive at least 73 SP for his Tour of Austria, and he also deserves more HIL.

Martijn Tusveld (Rompoot) deserves more HIL, and maybe more MO. 10th in Tour of Austria and 22nd in Tour de Suisse.

Rok KoroŇ°ec (Amplatz) needs at least 70 SP. Three top ten in Tour of Slovenia and two in Tour of Austria.

I don't agree with 74SPR for Venturini. He was after all still outsprinted by Vanmarcke and Korosec, and beating only 1 sprinter with high stats should not be a reason for a big boost I think (unless the rider in question is world class and the race is important). 72SPR 74ACC or so with his other good support stats should still make him good I think.

The other suggestions seem fine. I wouldn't give Korosec much more than 70, but that should still be good for him.

I noticed that Quintana has been taken off his loft 83 mountain, but has kept his extreme 83 recovery. Between the Giro and the Tour it seems more likely to me that Quintana does not have an inhuman Rec and that his less than stellar performance is due to over exertion rather than lack of raw climbing ability.

Quintana's strength and weakness is pretty much the same. Too little body mass to excel on time trials, yet so light that on an imaginary infinite mountain he wins every time.

Suggestion: keep Mnt 83, cut Rec to 79.

REC doesn't do much, afaik, over such big timegaps. REC affects the Recovery during a race and maybe up to 3 days of rest between races. Basically, even a rider with 50 REC could race the giro and then start the tour fresh.

Afaik REC doesn't have anything to do with the recovery in career mode or between races, but rather the physical decline throughout a race. Since Quintana is gaining over his competitors in GT third weeks he has a high REC.

Isn't that endurance you are talking about??

Can anybody explain RES. Which climber would you give a high RES stat?
How does this sound:

Froome: MO 83 RES 80
Aru: MO 81 RES 85
Aru is a figther and seems to be able to overperform because he just keeps going even though he might not be the best climber. Therefor, he should have a high RES. Is this the correct way of doing it?

Selwink
No endurance applies in a single stage. REC applies in a stage race
