Yes, the PCMdaily DB is always uploaded as a Torrent indeed
Oh, @CrueTrue Don't forget to attach the .cdb while you're uploading, so we can edit while downloading the DB, remember

Well, if the .cdb is already posted, you can start the download and open the posted .cdb with an editor while you do that, and then you can modify some stats(Alakagom's stats are great, but everyone has hisown opinion) and possiblty add some local cyclists f.e
Just making the DB optimal for the career you wantto start
