Custom team start problem

 Hi everyone. I've got a question. Is there any way to start a carrer with custom team in World Tour(Top Tour), because when I started that mode I've got my team in Continental, but I don't want to wait all season before getting normal racing experience.
Hope you can help.

 You'll need to create the team in the DB (and not using the in-game custom feature). Here's some info on it:

 So even if you start a custom team with a high payroll you still start in continental?

So you could have world class riders and still be stuck in continental.. if thats true that's a massive oversight. I figured they would have set it up so the division you started it was basically dependent on rider payroll, which it should be.

It kinda does after the last or penultimate patch, but you can only start in Conti - Pro Conti.
