I think Luke Rowe can develop well in the next years . Now i think he is something like 22 (?) so we can call him a next generaion rider

edit : I also like Nacer Bouhanni a lot .

He's young, and certainly talentful, but hasn't really showed any really strong results (compared to the other guys mentioned) yet. Let's wait a year and see what he's capable of, and then we can throw him in the mix.
