Just posting this as I realized it may come in handy for those of you working on graphics customization in PCM, other games or even professionally. I use this professionally and related to PCM graphics files and it's very handy.
XnView http://www.xnview...nview.html - is a little application to view/preview and convert almost all graphics formats. While numerous more powerful graphics apps will let you do this, albeit somewhat more laboriously, this has a nice shell integration to facilitate preview thumbnails within Windows Explorer for almost all graphics formats, including .tga and .dds. Ergo, a folder full of minishirts in .dds format becomes much more user friendly.
It does a bunch of other stuff that anyone working with graphics files may find very useful/efficient. It's free, too. It was eleven more than necessary. Jacques Anquetil
