I want to create a new type Leader at STA_type_leader, but im not sure all I have to edit. I want to do this for the Team Colombia-Coldeportes. I have seem them a lot riding Tour of Quatar or tours for sprinter and in that Team there are no sprinters at all. Im not sure abou all i have to edit.
I think I have to create a new entry in IDtype_leader and create than a new CONSTANT.
Then I nedd to go to STA_type_leader but I dont know what should I edit there.
I also notice that the IDtype_leader at STA_type_leader doesnt have to do much with the ID_leader_specialisation at STA_leader_specialisation.
Im aimming at Tours with mountains like Trentino or Burgos.

It would be easier to either add or edit a pre-existing rider to a sprinter
or in DYN_team edit their prefered races/calender (dont know the values)
or edit thier race calendar, removing them from such races, and adding them to hillyer races

I think that not the whole DB is editable. I believe that several of the information related to the type leaders are hard coded, so adding a new one won't work. As for taking part in Qatar, it's probably related to the fact that Colombia - Coldeportes has set 'calendars' number 1 and 8. Calendar 1 corresponds to "other" countries (see STA_calendar and STA_country), and that includes, among several others, Qatar.
It is just anoying when I look at Team Races, that they have only 3 or 4 Continental Tours that doesnt suite them good like Quatar and are asking wildcards for every singel World Tour Race and never become a Wild Card. So at the End of the Year they only take part at 4 Tours and thats all.
How could I change or influence that before I start my career???? For example I always give Tour Specialization Giro to Basso and Scarponi so that take part of the Giro otherwise I notice they are always aiming for the Tour.

Would bad things happen if we'd play with STA_Country and STA_Calendar a bit? Right now, there are some mistakes in STA_Country (Oman & Qatar should be in Asia for example) that I want to fix and I am also considering rearranging STA_Calendar, so the calendar types are more balanced. For example, I'd like to take Switzerland from Italy/Suisse to the Austria/Germany group, gather Portugal and Spain in one group and make one group for North and South America.
I am aware that DYN_Team also needs to be changed if I tweak this.
