u23 scouting problem!

 Hi!

when i press the "scout" button on a u23 rider from the u23 rankings list, i get the "choose scout" option. Although i have 2 scouts available i cant choose either one of them? The field is just blank, like i have no scouts.

None of them have scouting assignments so they are both free of work!

Any thoughts?

 The scout you want to assign has to be in the region the rider is from already.

 so if i want to scout a u23 rider from Italy i have to send a scout to Italy then assign him to the specific rider?

 Someone with more.knowledge of the database stuff and/or PCM 2012 might correct me here, but from my experience, it has to be the exact same region (Trentino, Lombardia etc.)?

Translated into real life scouting:

The scout already has to be at the right place/race, all you do is telling him “hey, there's a promising guy there who won other races, look for a rider 1.90 tall, with a beard and long black hair, and report me how he's doing“ or something like this Wink
