An excel sheet with the most common races in PCM 2012 with its rules and a stage by stage analysis.
This is a document I made to help you plan a season or make your own planning tool. I decided not to use the editor or planning tools around cause my game keep crashing and I was frustrated so I'm working on an excel sheet that helps me plan but doesn't alter my save game. Hope you like it.
NOTES:
**This is just a document with information. It won't extract anything from the game or change anything in the game. You can edited at your will.
If you used to created something or post it somewhere else, please credit.

Nice overview!!
However could you please explain what the different colors and letters mean. From what i see f = flat, mm = hills, AM = mountains. Is this correct? What is P (prologue??), mtt (mountain tt??), cc (cobbles??), hf (hills/flat??)...
And finaly some of the boxes have colors:
Yellow = time trial?
Orange = hills
Blue = ???
Dark red = Cobbles?
White/no filling = flat and/or Mountains?
If we could get a legend (explain the different colors, abbreviations) this tool is VERY useful i guess! |

You got almost everything right! (Blue is for TTT Team Time Trial).
I'll make the legend and upload the filed again. Thanks for your input!

This is awesome, I will definitely use it.
But I think one thing is incorrect, the second stage of Qatar is itt in the excel file but I thought it was a ttt.

I've made the legend and update the file. But I had to send the sheet in a xlms extension. Meaning you have to open it with excel 2010 or higher, because the previous ones don't recognize conditional formatting.
I've included a JPG for those that don't have excel and would like to see it, hens not edit it.

Great work Cymarel.
I had something similar but this is way better. I will add my own information regarding type of riders (main attributes) needed to compete for general classification in the big classics and the important stage races. Ex. for tour of denmark a good sprinter is needed for top 5 classification. TdF important stats are tt and mountain and recovery. For paris robaix COB etc...
but some are not that obvious. For example paris-nice. What type of rider is needed for top 5 general classification? Mountain, hills?
would be cool if you add that as you go along. maybe even with percantages. ex. Paris nice: 75% Hill, 15% mountain and 10% TT.
does it makes sence? |

Yeah, of couse it makes sense, this sheet is just a part of a bigger workbook I'm making to help me plan the season. I have a sheet with me team riders profiles where you can choose the races they participate and the update automatically in a calendar so that you know wich races the team is racing at a given week. Is like a planner but it it won't alter your save game and it extremely editable. I have to finish it the uploaded.
I'll take your comments into account.
