Looking at the stages that need to be made, I think I'll give the Japan Cup a go, unless it can just be converted or else I'll probably just work on Elk Grove and Battenkill although I cant find their courses anywhere.
I'll probably sleep on it, but I really feel like making some sort of stages. IF I cant do anything real, I will make a Manitoba World Championship route

Problem is, America loves to use Criteriums, like go from Crit loop 1 to Crit loop 2 and then to Crit loop 3. And I am terrible at Criteriums

Has anyone been able to get a dem for New York/ Albany to work?

I found a website that had the route and GPX for Battenkill so I used it, all good, elevations seem to load up fine, but when I try to read to gpx a second time to get the "road" or black line to appear so I can start the route, it just never shows up. Pretty much nothing happens.
So I did it all over again this time on bikeroutetoaster and when I try to start a new stage in the stage editor when loading elevations thru gpx I get the "Cannot create stage dem file doesn't exist"
Not sure what I'm doing wrong and I was really looking forward to making this stage..

Just tested the .gpx from the link you posted, the game is not reading the borders, what you actually loaded was the "default" coordinates (everytime you go on stage -> new you'll see that the Longitude and Latitude values are already filled, if you hit ok it'll load that area, and if you try to read bounds from the .gpx of the site you posted the values don't change).
So the bike route toaster gpx is probably correct (=being read by the game), the one in the link you posted is faulty. Do you have the USA .dem files? (first pack)

I must not because of the fact I uninstalled PCM10 I will download the Dems and put them in PCm12 folder 
Okay, I have it working, but I think I messed up the stage a bit and I think the editor needs some rest, so I'll work on it tomorrow.

I will say in advance that the aesthetics of the stage are not perfect, however I had more than my hands full when it came to getting the actual route right, and a big thanks to lluuiiggii, without him we'd probably never have this stage finished. I think the stage will run very well though, and there are dirt sections which the race is famous for!

Only Cyanide can do it. And they probably won't.

Assuming he meant your edit: yes, it'll be added in the next version of the pack, and most certainly together with American/British teams.
As for the isolated building, it's not only Cyanide who can do it. You can add the I.B. in 3D/Landscapes/IsolatedObjects, and edit the file "SpawnableObjects" in the 3D folder to make it selectable in the Editor. As example, the 2012 version of Paris - Roubaix, included in the Final V2 for PCM11, had new isolated objects (the cobble sections banner markers at the beginning of each section). We'd only need the isolated object file (the bridge), and that's the actual problem

So, expect updated links in a minute or two.... For those that avidly want to play this stage, I suggest re-downloading
