just to try and free up the stage specific thread
please argue how much you hate/think they dope
ill start
Sky is clean, Froome and Wiggins have previous excellent TT results, so this result is not a sign of doping, but of progression.

Quite a 1.0 evolution from Froome though.
Rest in Peace Wouter Weylandt and Xavi Tondo

Sky clean, except for Froome.
As I already said in the stage thread:

Wiggins, okay.
But Froome?
He never really did anything good until last years Vuelta, where he suddenly finished second, and now he is crushing the time of the strongest time triallist in the world?
I have a feeling Sky, or at least Froome, is not clean...

Almost every big team has someone involved that doped or had involvement in it at some point at their staff
RSNT, BMC, OPQS....
Also, if riders can redeem themselves after their doping bans. Why not the staff as well ?

Vacansoleil's contracts catch more dopers than drug testing. |

Wiggins is fine, but Froome is dodgy. And also he looks like some kind of weird stick insect or spider or something. When I see him riding I feel like slapping him with a fish.

Yes, I know about all that and I agree, I just want to know when he joined Sky? If it was this year then it definitely doesn't explain Froome's rise. |

Yes Froome missed 2 years with illness, that should make him 2 years behind with real training? not make him a world beater when hes suddenly healthy.. how can you brits be so naive and not even suspect something might be wrong? i hope they are not doped, i truly do. But to say this is not suspicious is fucking retarded. |

Froome was 11 minutes out of the 08 TT.
He was out for two years with illness. Comes back to astound in the Vuelta before crushing in the tour.
Sound familiar? It's almost the exact same story. Why is it so hard for people to read when it comes to Froome.

Well, if you can assume anything without evidence here, maybe it's that at least Evans seems clean. And it's not unexpected for Wiggins to convincingly beat him in a TT.
About Froome? Do people really think he'll fail the drug test? If he was gonna dope, wouldn't he do it in the months leading up to the tour anyway? |

Maybe Sky are doping, but are you naive enough to think they are the only ones? And let's face it, they aren't stupid enough to get caught here.

Do you think Armstrong and Froome were/are doping or not? Your signature is confusing.

Dont like the word suspicious. Its surprising, but not out of the blue.
It suspicious when a test gets missed or the result not reported.
Wiggins put 1'30ish into Evans in the Dauphine. Sky said he had more to give, and put 1'43ish into Evans today. Not evidence for not doping, but makes it less surprising (wiggins at least)

Pretty sure Armstrong and Postal/Disco used that same story. What's your feelings on them? |

What was Froome's "excellent TT result". I know riders obviously progress. But you don't go from almost getting eliminated in a time trial to dominating Cancellara.
