100% farrars fault. Veelers was following his teammate (De Kort). Farrar tried to steal his place, total lack of respect for his train. Veelers just held his line, Farrar lost balance and crashed.
Farrar is simply pissed off because he has been bad all year. He sucked everywhere this season
For sure. Plus the hotel of Garmin can't be a great place to be at the moment with the USADA stuff going on. Lots of stress coupled with a lack of results will lead to this sort of confrontation.

BOTD seems to have formed early.
ZABRISKIE David +13'26"
MALACARNE David +3'34"
ZINGLE Romain +9'57"
KROON Karsten +13'43"
Garmin look to be sick of Farrar, so have sent Dave Z out there. Only 1 KOM point up for grabs though, so no threat to Morkov.
Feel free to PM me if interested in any graphics work. |

Farrar is simply pissed off because he has been bad all year. He sucked everywhere this season To me it looked like a Lampre rider hit the front wheel of Farrar. These riders surely are experienced in bike handling but I doubt that it is possible to survive such a hit when trying to find balance.

Yeah I agree, Farrar could have done better, but it was mainly the Lampre riders fault imo.

I can understand like 3 words in the whole text, but the fact that Mike got Sagan's nationality right is an improvement from the standard journalist level.

Van den Broeck, Porte fell in neutralisation
Greipel crashed early in the stage. Then a huge crash at 35km with Gutierrez, Westra, Cantwell as most injured victims. But also Valverde, Gesink (who else?), Peraud and some others crashed in the same fall.
Only Westra has consulted the doctor so far though, so most of them seem unscathed?

Hmm, the finish is quiet technical and with already that amount of crashes, I just hope we won't get more...

I see the Katusha bus on TV coverage. My first reaction? Oh yeah, I forgot they were in the race.

So Pettacchi wacking his wheel had nothing to do with it?

Farrar apparentley has been directed not to take part in the sprint until after the mountains, so they sent Dave Z out.

What happened to Gesink? Just turned on the TV and he was 10+ sec behind the peloton with a teammate. |

I think he turned back in the group after he was by his car, but at that moment, Voigt started to drive faster. Now he is back in the group. |
