I wonder if Gilbert will feel up to a longer attack. It is probably the only way he is going to beat Sagan with Sagan's current form.

I'm not sure about Sagan, there has to be a limit, there must!
Gilbert's in a great shape, just take a look at the sprint where he almost caught EBH and his stunning prologue. Sagan may win this, but it won't be easy. |

There is possibly limit somewhere, but even now he is far from it

Not for about another hour sadly.

We have our break of the day.
And the leaders are really turning on the afterburners. At the 11km mark they are almost three-and-a-half minutes ahead.

The break is:
Michael Mørkøv - Team Saxo Bank - Tinkoff Bank
Giovanni Bernaudeau - Team Europcar
Andriy Grivko - Pro Team Astana
Ruben Perez Moreno - Euskaltel-Euskadi
Sébastien Minard - AG2R La Mondiale
Now, if my memory serves there are no WT points for holding the mountain jersey, right? Can someone clarrify this form me? Obviously, Morkov is out there mostly for publicity (which would help to ensure any future wildcards that Saxobank may need).
EDIT: Zabeled!

No WT points, no. But publicity, which is good for sponsor-relations and team morale
He's insane. If he wants to finish in Paris, he should... Relax a bit |

Morkov is great. Really fighting for the KoM jersey, I love to see that.
He's so proud of that jersey that he deserves wearing it, some couldn't care less, so I'm glad Morkov's holding on to it. |

Hope Morkov doesn't destroy himself by getting into all these breaks for the mountains points
