I haven't made Volta a Portugal before, so I can't convert it, but maybe I will make it sometime, but right now I'm doing some other stages

You can only convert your own stages, unless the stagemaker has given you the .zcts file (the stage editor file).
Just open it up in PCM12's editor and export it from there.

There is a bug in Route Adélie de Vitré 2012 :
500 mts to finishing line, cyclists sprints but they can not cross, as if an invisible wall there 
Could you fix it? thanks
