I've once created the Brazilian TT champion, based on Pouhnk's jersey (and trying to recreate the real life one, not fantasy). However, it's the 2011 version (don't know if the 2012 was made) and it's for PCM 09 (some sponsors placement won't look much good in PCM11). The plis is a TT one, but it shouldn't be much problem since PCM11 automatically applies a RR plis over the jerseys in 3D

I might consider doing them in the weekend, but then I'd do it like the Brazil-NC style (not much colored, country flag in the back). And also change the WC-like stripes for the Belgium NC (I don't know what exactly were they thinking when adding all those stripes, maybe they think the Brazilian ITT NC is as good as the WC ITT )
